Oh but I have so much to say, but don’t even have the words for it! 1) my DJ was super rad! Loved Harrison!! 2) my amazing photographer that I built an amazing relationship with unfortunately got diagnosed with covid couple days prior to my wedding- ahhh However- complete called me right away and gave me a replacement! Also- super rad human and she did amazing things without a stress to me at all! 3) easy to contact, communicate with, and everything ran so smooth! HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATE SPENCER

Robbie (DJ) and Cassie (photobooth) were phenomenal to work with. They made my wedding day easy and stress-free. We met before the wedding to go over all details! They were professional and timely on the day of the wedding.

Getting married is one of the single most important days in a couple’s life. The wedding tradition is a beautiful culmination of love and celebration for the couple and all those who have nurtured them, supported them, been a part of their story, friends and family alike. Most importantly, it is a true presentation of love between the unified pair. Many aspects of the planning process can be stressful, overwhelming, surprising, fun, exhausting, beautiful, happy… the process is impacted by what you make of it personally and who you surround yourself with professionally. When Bridgette and I started our journey of wedding planning shortly after our engagement on April 10th, 2019, we could not anticipate all the turbulence ahead with the world entering the most unprecedented year of 2020. After a two-year engagement, Bridgette and I were supremely proud to tie the knot April 10th, 2021, on our 12th year dating anniversary. Along the way, the value of the professionals we interacted with while planning our special day cannot be understated. Complete Weddings and Events has earned our deepest most sincere thanks for their truly world class delivery on everything we needed on our big day. From start to finish, Complete’s staff consistently delivered on their promises.
Starting with Brennen Nowak, you really couldn’t ask for a better advocate for your big day and ensuring everything you need is delivered by Complete. His responsiveness was incredible; I emailed with a question or concern, and this gentleman would call me immediately – “Hey Gage, I just got your email! I figured I’d call quick so we can take care of this ASAP for you!” Brennen acted as if he had a personal investment in our wedding turning out exactly how we wanted it to – and he did, because he gives a shi* and isn’t satisfied unless everything is perfect. I texted him, he texted me back right away. I needed to add a service, he made sure we had the best professional provide the service – and packaged everything together in a seamless way. He matched our DJ to our style and disposition, he landed us the best videographer for what we were looking for and he also partnered us with an amazing additional photographer who had an eye for those extra shots we HAD to have. He even stopped by our wedding to congratulate us and check in! Brennen, thank you, sir. You are a gem.
Kayla Airy was another champion we worked closely with who was as quick on the draw as Brennen was! A couple times, I emailed her at 10pm at night and she emailed me back right away!! (Don’t be neurotic like us and email them at 10pm – they are superhero’s but they still need their sleep 😉) After talking to Brennen about adding a videographer, Kayla was midway through sending us quotes and pricing. She was thorough with follow-ups and reached out several times throughout our process just to check in – “Hey Gage & Bridgette, 6 months out! Your big day is so close!! What else can we do for you? How are you feeling? Any questions? Come on into our open house, have a couple beers and lets talk about it!” Kayla rocks and we are extremely grateful for her help.

Sean Mitchell was our DJ and if I had to summarize our experience of Sean - BOOK HIM! He is the absolute best! Sean was everything we needed and more. His energy was perfect for our wedding day and this guy was a true professional who took the best care of us day of. When we added songs, changed dances, asked questions, etc. we were met with enthusiasm and accommodation. He was our partner of orchestration day of and our wedding would not have been the same without him. He made his way around to every table of our guests to take dance and song requests, he made sure to check in on the wedding party, our immediate family as well as us, the bride and groom. He brought us drinks while handling the DJ responsibilities and told us to holler if we needed more. We never had to worry about him – he entered our venue never having been there before and didn’t ask us for a single thing. He was completely self-sufficient, and worked closely with our Venue owner, Rebekah @ Vintage Ballroom (check our review on her and Vintage, AMAZING). Never one question was directed towards us about how to set up, where this was, “I need this” or anything. Sean continuously asked US what WE needed, “Can I get you anything? What can I do for YOU? How are YOU feeling? Ya’ll look awesome!! Today is going to be/IS GOING amazing.” When I asked Sean how our open bar was doing, he checked for me. When we needed to buy more time, he had our back and controlled the pace of the day. He was there until the very end and helped us close the place down. He even drove the best man to his hotel after the reception. Talk about going above and beyond… the care he brought to our wedding was inspiring and has risen the bar on customer service for us. Sean Mitchell made the bride and groom very happy that evening – thank you sir. You are a real one.
Erin Mitchell was our additional photographer we added through Complete Weddings and Events. Erin was an absolute sweetheart and a total pro behind the camera! As much as it was like herding cats for photos, Erin was truly exceptional and her energy never waned for one second – She was bubbly, creative, supportive, encouraging, and super-efficient! Though we haven’t seen the final product yet, we are certain we will be blown away. She asked us continually throughout the night what she could do or what we needed from her, even leveraging her connections to get us special photos at a location we otherwise wouldn’t have had access to. Also! As our open bar ran out of a couple items, Erin immediately stepped up and said she would make a run to the liquor store quickly for us! She did so promptly, without question and happily! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us on our special day. Erin, you are wonderful.
Tim Vogel was our Videographer and before I give him some major props, anyone thinking of additional services or add-ons to their special day, do yourself a favor and get a videographer through Complete! Your future self will thank you. It is so worth it. Tim is a true master of his craft. He was so easy going, and he worked smoothly like a truly seasoned veteran. We were so comfortable working with him and he seamlessly operated with our photographers, vendors, friends and family with a smile on his face. Everything about his energy was great. We have seen some of the incredible work he has done and cannot wait to get our final product back from him! We cried happy tears on our wedding day, and we are going to cry happy tears reliving the day through his magical ability to capture the most special moments.
We know there were so many more people in the background of Complete Weddings and Events ensuring our big day happened the way it did, and though Bridgette and I may not know your names, we are forever grateful for you…sincerely.
