Facilities and Capacity
Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center has 13 event rooms, 20 breakout rooms and more than 57,500 square feet of space. The first floor Conference Center consists of the Exhibit Hall, Coral Grand Ballroom and Oakdale Junior Ballroom. The Oakdale Ballroom is 7,200 square feet of space and can accommodate 350 guests for a seated dinner reception and 500 guests for a cocktail reception. It can be divided into five smaller rooms. The Coral Grand Ballroom is 15,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 1000 guests for a cocktail reception or 650 guests for a seated dinner reception. It can be divided into five smaller spaces to fit your event. The Exhibit Hall is 30,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 2,500 for a seated dinner and 2,000 guests for a cocktail reception. The second floor has 10 small rooms great for getting ready for your big day and gathering with family and friends.

    We love working with the Marriott for our fundraiser. They provide excellent sales and catering service. Their servers the night of the event are attentive and good at what they do. They truly care about your event and want you to be successful. I would highly recommend anyone working with the Marriott for any event.

    The Marriott in Coralville is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful setting. We used their catering services and the food was absolutely delicious! We also used them as our hotel for our out of town guests, our morning after the wedding brunch, and my bridal shower. Everyone was really happy with all of the services.
