The Steeple Square Community Event Center is a venue located in historic downtown Dubuque, IA. This venue occupies a former church and now proudly stands as a historic landmark and a community minded nonprofit. Their venue is nestled just north of the lively Millwork District, known for its breweries, local shops, and murals.
The Steeple Square Community Event Center offers three versatile spaces to host your entire wedding day. Their stunning main hall is their largest and most iconic space to host your wedding, comfortably accommodating up to three hundred guests. New additions to their campus include their colorful outdoor plaza and their bright and industrial lower-level space. All three spaces can be mixed-and-matched to host ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (and more!) with precision and ease.

We had a great experience having our wedding ceremony and rehearsal dinner at Steeple Square even though things seemed uncertain at times with COVID. Melanie was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond to my many questions and emails. The staff was very attentive the day of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly without any issues. We certainly couldn’t have done it without them! The space is absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments on its beauty. We really enjoyed the outdoor area as well for photographs and our first look. I would highly recommend Steeple Square to anyone planning their wedding who wants a classic yet unique venue.Steeple Square's reply:

Hello! I work with all our couples at Steeple Square to coordinate the details of their wedding and I am also onsite the day of their wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. What I enjoy most about my line of work is that I get to see couples on their happiest day of their lives and know that I helped execute their plans.
