A destination oceanfront wedding venue on Topsail Island in North Carolina, Southern Grace provides a luxurious oceanfront space for you and your guests to enjoy while celebrating your big day. From wedding ceremonies and receptions to accommodations, this venue allows you to have it all in one convenient and gorgeous location.
Facilities and Capacity
Situated on the beachfront of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Southern Grace can host between 16 and 200 people in their four event spaces, including indoor and covered and uncovered outdoor areas to choose from. Along with wedding ceremonies and receptions, this venue can accommodate rehearsal dinners, showers, and engagement parties, as well as other special occasions. The house features ample natural light, stained concrete flooring that adds a touch of elegance to the outside decor, a covered outdoor area by the pool with a large Tiki bar and two gas grills, a dance floor, and a covered seating area and function room with ample space, as well as a huge, well-appointed kitchen with three refrigerators, three ovens, two microwaves, and two cooktop stoves with 10-burners. There is also a basketball hoop and a game room, along with two full-service laundry rooms. The property also boasts a large residential elevator and bride and groom suites.
Services Offered
You rent the house and decorate and use vendors as you wish. Southern Grace is equipped with WiFi and a DVD library with more than 30 movies, and comes stocked with barware, flatware, glassware, and bed linens. The property is wheelchair accessible and features plenty of on-site parking. Outside caterers and vendors are welcome, so you can truly create the wedding of your dreams.
Accommodations
This beautiful venue boasts 16 bedrooms that can sleep up to 60 people, as well as 18 bathrooms and ample living space for guests to roam. It also has a Tiki bar, an in-ground heated (for a fee) pool, and modern amenities, along with spectacular scenic views you and your guests can enjoy during your stay.

Awesome experience
This is for the Holden Beach 16 bedroom OF house and wow….what an Amazing house - fully loaded and made for weddings and parties. Kitchen is fully stocked with every necessity you can imagine and then some. Views are spectacular and you get the best gift of the morning sunrise AND the evening sunset from the same decks, due to the position of the home! Owner was excellent to communicate with and even offered some suggestions for vendors. Thanks for making our wedding so spectacular! -

Great location!
We had a beach wedding at Southern Grace and it was better than expected. The house is enormous! We had 45 guests (All ages) stay with us and there is enough space for everyone to have some quiet time if needed. The kitchen is well equipped. We rented towels from Tracy and they were good quality and inexpensive. The owner is available anytime you need him. I recommend to anyone planning a beach wedding. -

That road that goes in front of the house is not an active road anymore. Driveway is in the back. Large oceanfront lot.
