Flathead Lake Forevers is a park wedding venue situated in Big Arm, Montana. Before opening their property to the public in 2018, husband-and-wife owners Alan and Linda Madsen spent years crafting an unforgettable location for once-in-a-lifetime celebrations. It is tucked away on 34 acres of beautiful Montana woodland and offers captivating views of Flathead Lake, the Rocky Mountains, and Chief Cliff. As well as picturesque surroundings, it also features inviting event spaces, invaluable amenities, and full coordination services for a seamless and stress-free experience.

Facilities and Capacity

Located within driving distance of Kalispell, Missoula, and Spokane, Flathead Lake Forevers can comfortably accommodate celebrations of up to 150 guests. As the property offers over 900 feet of manicured shoreline, you are invited to host your ceremony right on the waterfront of Flathead Lake. Alan and Linda can arrange your seating layout so that you can walk down the aisle under the ‘big sky’ that Montana is famous for. Receptions can take place in the expansive and comfortable party tent. This 30x60 foot event space comes complete with a pleated ceiling liner and three majestic chandeliers and can be customized to fit your vision. Air-conditioned get-ready cabins are also available, allowing you to prepare for your special day in secluded peace and privacy.

Services Offered

At Flathead Lake Forevers, Alan and Linda offer a selection of rental packages to choose from, depending on your specific needs, desires, and budget. The ‘Venue’ package allows for full one-day use of the property, complete with the tent and lighting. The ‘Venue +’ package offers a three-day rental, including the tent, lighting, get-ready rooms, and bar. Finally, the ‘Full Package’ is an all-inclusive three-day package that comes complete with the tent, bar, get-ready cabins, and a selection of rental items. These include linens, tables, chairs, drapes, heaters, fire pit, fridges, and more. Custom packages are also available, as well as a list of preferred vendors, including the finest local caterers, florists, accommodation options, and more.
