In addition to a great staff the beautifully manicured grounds are a magical place to celebrate your love with the people that matter to you the most!
Facilities and Capacity
The Twin Ponds Golf & Country Club can comfortably accommodate up to 550 guests for your special event. If you are interested in adding an outdoor element to your big day you and your guests can have access to the on-site gardens, which make a great backdrop to an intimate ceremony. Inside the clubhouse they have a breathtaking interior terrace with large windows that overlook the rolling hills and panoramic view of the grounds scenery. If you want to bring the outside in, you can use the ballroom with views of the delicate garden that reaches the room with bright box flowers on all the windows. No matter what space you choose, you truly cannot go wrong!
Services Offered
After your venue tour, you will be invited to take full advantage of the variety of services that come with the venue rental. You can relax knowing the day of your special event setup and cleanup will be included so you can relax and soak in every precious moment from beginning to end without any headaches. This will be even more enforced with all-day access to the event planner on site so that all loose ends are tied without any stress involved. Lastly, all your event rental needs will be taken care of including tables, chairs, glassware, china, and linens. You and your guests will have on-site parking to ensure you can begin to enjoy in the action from the moment you arrive.
Cuisine
In addition to a variety of services that are included, you can make your day an all-inclusive event with access to in-house catering and bar packages. For a cocktail hour the cuisine staff has delicious hors d'oeuvres, which seamlessly move into either plated or buffet style dinner entrees. Each package is customizable to make sure you have something for everyone! For couples looking for a little something extra, you can inquire about their specialty station displays! Bar packages are also offered and include an open bar and/or a toast with dinner. Serving staff is included with catering and bar packages.

There is no were like Twin Ponds!
Dave and his staff at Twin Ponds are like no other. We had our wedding there in September 2018 and to say that Twin Ponds made the day perfect does not give them enough credit. We did not have to worry about one single thing. They took care of every single thing! The staff there is so kind and so helpful. My nieces and nephews were still drinking bottles at the time and even though the staff was working to make our night perfect, they also made time to get the warm water to warm up the bottles and make the night perfect for the guests also. We had our wedding outside in the garden and the grounds itself was flawless not to mention the set up. There are not many places in Central New York as pretty as twin ponds, but there is no where that has the staff like twin ponds. Thank you for all that you did to make our day perfect. -
