River Club of Mequon

The Riverclub exceeded our expectations from the very second we walked in until the days following our wedding. We were planning on getting married at a different venue but after that plan fell through due to some cost stress as we had, we decided to look elsewhere. When we met Amber, we explained this to her and she was so accommodating and kind and assured us that she would do her best to help us get everything we wanted while helping us stay within our budget. My parents are often particular and had many requests and questions throughout our 1+ year of planning. Amber was patient and provided a sense of calmness at all times which really helped put all of us at ease. We had two ceremonies which went exactly as planned. The food and clean up afterwards was quick and efficient. In the midst of everything in the night, we ended up leaving without our wedding cake. We were contacted by The Riverclub as they let us know they had boxed up the cake for us and that it was ready to be picked up whenever we had time. Thank you for helping us make this day so perfect!

Where do I begin? The River Club of Meqoun is a hidden gem among the areas wedding venues. If you live in Milwaukee country and you need a wedding venue, don't waste your time downtown, come to the River Club and you will be more the satisfied. My wife and I recently had our wedding there, and from beginning to end the experience was stress free. This was in part thanks to Rob and Sarah who went above and beyond what was expected of them to serve us. Any request we had they fulfileld, any last minute adjustments we needed they took care of no questions asked, these people took customer service to a whole new level.

Besides the customer service the venue itself is straight out of a movie. The beautiful gold course, the classy, yet modern style of the wedding hall, and the decor just really make you feel like you are in a high class establishment. The food and drinks were to die for. Every fish, chicken, and veggie plate we ordered was cooked to perfections, my mother who is the pickiest eater of all time and seriously hates everything devoured her food and my dads as well!

I highly recommend this venue it is the best bang for your buck!
