The Franklin Estate is a luxurious wedding venue in Ruckersville, Virginia. First established in 1981, this family-owned estate offers couples a luxurious place to exchange their vows. Each part of the venue, from the lush lawn areas to the poolside patio, has been carefully designed to be a memorable setting.

Facilities and Capacity

The Franklin Estate stands at over 6,000 square feet and can host events of various sizes, from intimate elopements to lavish celebrations with up to 200 guests. Couples are welcome to place a reception tent are either the open fields or on the tennis courts for an elegantly covered celebration. The grounds also feature a landscaped garden area complete with a wooden gazebo, ideal for romantic photosessions and intimate ceremonies with up to 40 guests. For indoor gatherings, you will have the choice of two settings: the pool house and the estate's main floor. In addition, you and your loved ones will have access to multiple onsite suites, which can accommodate a total of up to 16 overnight guests. Access to the pool and patio will ensure that visitors have a relaxing wedding weekend.

The onsite staff works diligently to help clients create an ideal celebration. They will happily provide a variety of services, including tent rentals and shuttle services. Wedding packages are also available to give soon-tobe-weds exclusive access to the grounds from Friday evening to Sunday morning.
